ANNUAL MEETING

ANNUAL MEETING FOR SUNDAY, MAY 17, 2 p.m., NEW MUSEUM

TMS members and guests are cordially invited to attend the twenty-sixth annual meeting at 400 JANIS COURT, named after the most gracious and loveliest of ladies, Janis Saunders, on Sunday, May 17 at 2 p.m.
Park on Main Street, Patrick's Point Drive, or at the recycling area and walk to the building with care, as the access areas will still be bumpy and lumpy.

Tour the Museum interior, now exquisitely finished by Contractor Charles Netzow and his crew. There is electricity (use your lavatory at home before you come as water still may not be running. However, you will be able to admire the splendid fixtures).
Garden Committee members will be present to give a Native Plant Garden Tour.

A short business meeting will take place to include reading 2008 Minutes and the election of board members.
Nominated for three-year terms are Scott Baker, Ron Johnson and Ned Simmons.Nominations from the floor may be made.
Returning Directors are Patti Fleschner, President, Jill Mefford, Vice-President, Tom Sharp, Secretary, and Virginia Waters, Roberta "Allie" Lindgren, and Joan Berman.

There will be a brief financial report prepared by TMS Auditor Corlene Blue of Portland, Oregon, accountant and former TMS board member.
